Hunger turns to broke
We considered giving 2 stars because for the most part our orders have been correct, as far as getting the order right that is, but after further investigation we discovered we have been overcharged on all 4 orders we placed and we have pictures and math to prove it. None of which would have been discovered until the last debacle... which is ridiculous. Read on- We are a huge fan of a particular dinner from a particular restaurant where we order the EXACT same thing every time. This being our 4th order, we knew exactly what the total would be including tip. I had my money sitting by the door when the guy pulls up. Somehow the typical order went from $45 to $70. Shocked, we questioned the driver and he said that's the price and if we don't like it, contact Best Deliveries. We paid him off confident this dude was dead wrong and that Best Deliveries would make it right. As we investigated further, it was confirmed that indeed we were overcharged by $25 as all of our other orders were the exact same. But we THEN realized that the math was wrong on EVERY SINGLE ORDER we've ever placed! We were overcharged $5-$7 on each one! Quite simply, their math was wrong. They lay out every charge and give a total, but if you add them up, their total was $5-$7 more! So strange. So of course we contact them and they have no idea what's going on. But of course they contacted the restaurant and sure enough, the driver lied about the total the restaurant charged. Driver ends up at our house 40 min later with the receipt and a $20 bill claiming that the restaurant lied to him about the total, yet he had the receipt in his hands so it was a bit shady. Either way we got our money back. Now all we ask is that they make right on ALL of our over charged orders. They opened a case for management to contact us... they never did. It's a simple fix guys, you blew it. We're nice people but we don't like to be lied to, taken advantage of and ignored.

They charge way too much on the delivery fee it's ridiculous. Don't Evan bother with this app save your money.

This my first review. I'm writing as I wait for an order I'm unable to track and not sure if I'll ever receive. I've been charged, but the restaurant is unable to help in locating order and the Best offices are closed. I've decided to report this to Amex as it not a good service if you can be charged without a product being delivered. We tried you but will not be fooled twice. We will stick to other reliable delivery sources.
