I really enjoy this game - sometimes I think I spend too much time playing . . . I have only one problem with it and this is the third time and I hope the last time that I am writing to you about it. When I go to the screen to turn off the music and sounds I hit off and go back to the game and lo and behold I still have music and sounds - none of my other games do that - when I hit the sounds off the sounds are off. I think maybe you have a glitch in your program or something like that - but I don’t know because you never responded to my e-mails. I just hope you correct this problem because I have to turn the volume off on my phone and then I forget to turn it back on and then I don’t hear my phone when I have a call. Other then that I really love all the games. Now I’m really getting mad - you want a nickname and I use the one I always use and it says that it’s taken - well of course by me. . . .

With your latest update I am unable to play for very long and now it takes too long to acquire enough points. You should review your point awarding system . It is really antiquated relative to other games where gamers can play for an extended period of time which is what makes a game fun.

I always loved this game, played for so many years on 2 different accounts but now with the minimum bets I don’t want to play anymore. I am able to spin about 3 times a day and then I am out of coins. If the minimum bet raises so should the payouts. Not to mention the sound setting is useless. I also do not undertsand the point of collecting scratch off cards if there is no reward. Very disappointed, i love this game but it is not worth it anymore.
