Seems everyone keeps writing 1-star reviews because they are incompetent or illiterate. This is not BlackBerry Messenger. You can tell because it doesn't say "BlackBerry Messenger" in the title. Stop skewering the reviews you clueless asshats.

People are just stupid. Why are you blaming blackberry for making it complicated? When in reality it is very simple.... The server password for your enterprise BES10 server is provided by your enterprise administrator. He would also provide you the activation code required to register your device to the BES server.
