App doing business lamely without anything for their clients

Horrible search methodology, never found a suitable match since last year despite loading bulky rupees. The app team never ever feel to take feedback from their clients about scope of improvements.

Why the matches are absurd and not according to my preference.Once I get good matches I will upgrade or else not.

Horrible customer care, I tried calling customer care from USA and described the problem. The lady was super rude and didn’t understand the problem and disconnected. The problem was simple as I was not able to edit profile. After this experience I am just deleting the profile and uninstalling the app.

When u are unpaid customers the officials will be literally after u with calls and messages.Once you pay they don’t do what is promised.Its just a money minting business.Horrible customer service. Think before you pay. Thanks
