How far can you go on the Bendy Tracks?

My kids have been playing this for a few days and enjoying it. They logged in today and all the special balls they worked for, gems they have collected, aviator selected was ALL GONE! What happened???? The app even took away their best score! It’s just like they were starting the app from day 1 again.

I mildly enjoy it, but 80% of the time it doesn’t register when I tap so I end up losing.

So I play and it lagged and after the add so I can continue lags and then I can’t do anything and then all of a sudden it starts again and I’m right in front of something and I die please fix it

Let me start by saying I don’t mind watching ads occasionally in free apps. However, the ads in this app take up more time then the game play and they are too frequent between turns. Deleted the app due to this.

Pros: I do like the game really well and I do like that Very bendy tracks once you hit like 43 or so but there is also the cons... CONS:It dose glitch a lot and that I do not appreciate because when I am about to hit my new high score and it glitches on me and I do not appreciate that like I said and the selection of the little balls that you give us are pretty plain and I don’t like that if you could give us a wider selection that would be grate and not let them be so BLA!!!!
