Freezes

For the love of God please fix the freezing problem, I’m so tired of having to close the app and come back to it because it froze. Freezes every few seconds. It also has an issue where you watch an ad to continue playing and when the game comes back you lose anyway without ever making a move.

I paid for this game more than once as it wouldn't reinstall in iPhone. I paid for no ads only to have EA try to get me to pay 'again' $2.99 for no ads. I'll never trust them. Ruined one of the best games in the App Store.

Did you seriously have the balls to release a "free" game where it mostly crashes, or when it works for more than 10 seconds, it freezes minus the ad at the top of the screen which animates perfectly while I am unable to do anything with the actual game?! I don't know what you are smoking at your mediocre company, but the 2.99 you're asking for in order to remove the ads is not buying your "staff" very good drugs...

Freezes in the middle of the game and you have to close it. Then it won't reopen and crashes

At least once a level the game freezes. You aren't able to click anywhere. You have to close the game and reopen. Thankfully, for me anyway, it opens back to where it was (level and score) and I am able to continue.
Occupied my mind during tough times

The last 2yrs of my life have been pretty rough to say the least & I've battled with depression. For times when I couldn't do, think or talk about anything this game-specifically the classic version-helped get my mind off of life for a little while without adding stress, anxiety or anything. Actually as sad as it is, at times the narrator's "spectacular" comments were the only encouragement I felt I got. I'm sure this wasn't the intention of this game but it has been a great coping tool for me & is great for passing time with a little bit of a challenge & goal. So thanks.
Ads make it unplayable

The ads cause the game to freeze within 5 minutes. When playing on an aircraft (in airplane, aka "minimal ad" mode) the game functions just fine. I understand ads are necessary, but they need to be integrated to where they don't ruin performance.

Love the game but hate that it doesn’t work. I played for a long time and only had 2,000 points. It would be good if they could fix this huge flaw.

I love the game itself and the different ways you can play it, however the app is CONSTANTLY crashing. It's annoying to the point where I don't even bother opening the app anymore.
