They do nothing but interrupt and distract what would otherwise be a great game! Plus - got into “Zen” and it won’t let me OUT!!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!

It takes one lengthy ad to open the game then one lengthy ad to open game choice. After you make it through the ads just to get you to where you can play, it often crashes or freezes after you try to exit from the ad. Then you have to start over and run through both ads again. It was fustrating beyond belief so I finally deleted the game. Sanity restored!
Ads in a paid app?

All of a sudden I have to work through 2 or more game app ads before I can play Bejeweled again. I bought the app so I wouldn’t have to do that. What’s going on?

Used to play this all the time happily. Tried it again recently and there are long ads in between every single game, and for most of them, the sound is blasting by default even when the phone is on silent. Not cool.

This used to be my go-to game before bed - especially the Zen game. Now the screen is too busy and it throws ads in your face constantly. I SWEAR I PAID for this game years ago...but why isn’t there an ad-free version?
