I have had this app for years. Recently they added ads. Stupid me paid to remove them ... but I still get them. Apple won’t refund, and AE wants me to create an account to complain. Lesson learned. Bye-bye app.

This is unacceptable. Every time I start up the app, I get a fullscreen ad. I’ve had the app for a very long time (I paid for it when it used to cost money), and I’ve never gotten ads.

But I miss my old app (that I paid for)! And I can't figure out what the charms I collect are for... and what's that video camera?... 2 yrs later...I paid for this app without ad... now ads are pooping up ?

Retrofitting ads to a previously paid for game

I bought this games years ago. I buy games so I don’t have to be blasted with ads. This week PopCap retrofitted ads into this previously paid for game. I will never, ever buy one of your games again. As a game developer your choices are free but ad-supported or not free but ad free. You’ve taken my money based on this being ad-free and then reneged on that. Go jump ina lake.

The variety of gem matching games in this app is great but didn’t I already shell out money for the a Premium version? Now my app has ads in it which of course can be removed for a fee. Well, until they are added in again.

For just a straight classic Bejeweled experience without a boatload of micro transactions this is the best version. Plus many variations to keep things lively.

You don’t respect when people pay for no ads. I did and still get ads. Asked if I wanted to watch an ad for more time and I pressed no and you showed an ad anyway. Please refund my payment if you do not plan to honor it.

I PAID for NO ADS! So stop with the ads already or refund my purchase. I have restored purchase and turned off recommendations, but ads still pop up.
