I tried so many usernames and somehow someone use all of them it doesn’t work fix your app.

Good luck signing in. Couldn’t even get past the registration and the app crashed. What a joke. This app is not ready for the market.

No way else to put it this app is a headache. And I find it shameful they’re probably artificially boosting their app ratings with fake reviews... just look at the 5 star reviews .... not subtle at all. TERRIBLE APP. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Doesn’t work, cannot sign on with FIOS

Contacted their support team in November 2019, chased them. No resolution in sight. When launching the app and sign in, i get “Please wait we are verifying your account” and then “Error- an error occurred please check your connection “. True on iPhone, and iPad
