While other Apps have removed the U.S. Embassy AQ measurement readings, this one continues to publish them. At the time of writing this review, this App is not blocked on local Beijing networks. Thanks for persevering! It is essential to have this information when living in Beijing.

Living in Pudong / Shanghai this app is a must. True values are helpful before you plan outside activities. May sound funny but the filter masks may need to be considered for jogging and biking.
