If there's a specific option or feature you'd like to see added, stop by ScottDeSapio.com, leave me a comment, and I'll see about getting it into the next release. Thanks!
This app is perfect for working out and leading a class. I like the vibrate feature so I can tell the class when to switch exercises even when the music is loud. Just what I needed!
I’ve been doing time based conditioning work and this timer works great. It lets you add a rest interval to your workouts so you can keep it on for the entire exercise. Keeps you honest. The only thing I would add would be a 5 second countdown option to start. This way I’m not trying to press start, throw my phone, and do my workout simultaneously.
Working out with intervals needs this app. Found this and it helps me follow my regiment without thinking I can be a bit lazy in-between my sets. Keeps me in track and guilty if I get out of rhythm. Needs one last suggestion: A end-of-time countdown because it could be an odd number that is not a interval number to end the whole program.
