Simple and impressive

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this app is terrific. It scans quickly and easily whereas other apps aren’t able to pick up the barcodes. It works well - no fuss, no muss.

Beep works like a champ, I can even scan through multi layers of shrink wrapped equipment. I had to make a cutout template so it would only scan the bar code i needed when multiple bar codes are on the screen. It would be nice if the screen saver disabled during use of Beep.

I needed a very simple scanning program to inventory computers and accessories. Then I simply emailed the list to myself and imported into Excel. Beep totally did the trick. For what it does, it is really great.

So far the application has worked very well. It is more sensitive and can read a barcode from a distance and from angles. Will share this with co-workers. I have a request - I need to be able to remove the Code and date / time information from the scan. Now I have to open excel and delete this unneeded data from each line.

The app is nice and fast, and I really like that the email (.csv) export includes timestamps and barcode types. Of course, it would be nice to have Datamatrix support (NeoMedia’s NeoReader apparently does), more sharing options, and opening the .csv directly in other apps, for instance.

Simply scans and collects bar codes scanned and then exports it to a csv file. Great tool for keeping inventory. Used it today to inventory 34 laptops serial numbers and asset tags. It basically replaces a hand held bar code scanner for inventory.

I downloaded this because of frustration with Red Laser. I've used it once and am ready to delete Red Laser Fromm phone. Very fast and you can turn the phone landscape to scan.

Works great, makes it easy to copy to the clipboard. No extra fluff like the other scanner apps. I mean, just look at the app icon. It represents what is inside.
