I can’t cancel my subscription! For most of the year it didn’t even recover the subscription... what’s going on?!

i bought a member, but the software is broken, it remains me that I still need buy it. I asked the customer service to how to solve it. And I get responded after two months. I ask if the two months before the loss could be compensated to me. The customer service directly told me it is done, if you really want to learn English, there are too many better and better app to choose from!!!!!,
BUYER BEWARE: Tricked into premium membership

A great concept. However, when I started the app, it encouraged me to become a premium member in the first half hour for a discounted price of $10.49(?) for the first year (normally $15.99 for the first year, and $19.99/year after that). I did it, because I wanted to listen to ALL the books, not just some of them. My receipt came through in my email, and it looks like I was charged the full $19.99. I’m kicking myself for not taking a screenshot of the price shown when I completed my transaction, but it was NOT $19.99. It was $10.xx. I can’t find a way to contact the developer, so I am leaving my comment here. Make it right. This was VERY misleading.

One problem

Nice app, but there's one problem. When listening to Korean audio, there are often sharp noises between sentences and it's irritating. The one I was listening to was "The Mouse and the Elephant." Please fix this thank you!
Almost Okay

The Arabic text appears to be written backwards (left to right) when the audio is selected. It makes it almost impossible to follow along. I'm sure this would be a great resource if this were fixed.

The Arabic Text does not match with what is being read. The correct text is displayed initially, however when the book is played, the Text is then changed.
