I know Overstock is an affordable option but their customer service was AWFUL. Ordered a sofa, they scheduled delivery and it just never arrived. After endless phone calls, emails, chats (much to my shafting, most of these concluded with "an agent will be in touch soon.") still no couch and they won't respond about refunding the charge. A lot of headache for what was supposed to be a seamless purchase. Will never purchase through Overstock app or website again and wouldn't recommend it. Better off ordering on Amazon.

Definitely a great app when you are looking to buy those bigger items. It shows the product as if it were right if front of you. I’ve yet to have any misgivings of incorrect colors, sizes or even prices. Friendly user app which could not necessarily be a good think when you aren’t sure about the item and buy it anyway. LOL. Many people have come through my home and asked who decorated my house; as though I’d spent money on a designer when I haven’t. Overstock helps put things together for me which makes it easier to purchase or pass.

Takes forever to show cart items; no way seem to cancel cart items; menu items have too many levels to navigate.

Tried to pay through Apple Pay but says does not ship to my address because it is international. BS is this not us based.

Downloaded this app to shop Black Friday Cyber deals. The app wouldn't even work. Every time I typed something in the search bar, it would return with an error message. Very bad timing for Black Friday when people are trying to spend money.
