Yet another update that tweets the graphic user interface without addressing the underlying performance problems and functionality of the app. Let the developers try to download a book, or smoothly scroll through a chapter, or add / subtract author notes and you’ll see that the usability and functionality of this app is far from perfect. Stop changing the art of the icons and menus and work on the app’s performance please. (2018 iPad Pro here)

Takes very long to start-up, (if it stars up) if not it will automatically exit the app after attempting to start-up. If you download the entire course material it works even less.
Seems like good improvements, BUT DOESN'T WORK

The described improvements (Ipad functionality and ability to sync) promised to make this a great tool for USMLE prep. For that, they get the extra star. Here's the caveat, and it's a big one: IT DOESN'T WORK. The app repeatedly hangs when attempting to download the required content data package, and is left useless. This has happened in spite of repeated (hours long) attempts and restarts, on two different enterprise-level fiber connections.
