This app keeps crashing every single time I shop on it plus I cannot access my cart most of the time and whatever I add to cart disappears. I love their cloth but hate their app. Needs lots of improvement!!!

I love Bebe, but this app needs some serious updating to include bug fixing! Pages take forever to load (if at all) and the cart constantly refreshes, deleting the items that had been added to it. And to make matters worse, there is no place to enter a gift card to make purchases on the app which defeats the purpose of the app if I have to call customer service to place my order...ugh! Please get it together Bebe!

When I use the Bebe App, I enjoy my shopping experience because it's user-friendly. I can quickly add the clothing I want to purchase to an electronic shopping cart and checkout without any problems. I am also able to track my order history.

I like the ID touch sign in and the easy access features. Didn't see a place to update info but I'm sure it's in the works. All in all great improvements!!!

I love to shop on the App Store, it's always updated with the latest styles and trends. I also love the way it sends out notifications on sales and specials. Love it all the way!
