I keep getting logged out

Man I love the app and I’ve got about two years of playlists saved and music written, I’ve had issues before where it logged me out then said I don’t have an account for a day. Luckily the solution resolved itself in the past but yesterday it happened again and when I finally got into it today alllll my playlists are missing. Lyrics are still saved to indivisible beats but the beats I had accumulated are lost to me now. Wth keeps happening

I’ve been logged out of my account, I’ve had all my history erased, I’ve had a lot of problems with the playback feature on this app and customer support is not the best. I’ve been trying to get customer support to help me log back into my account to no avail.

This is one of my favorite apps it has all my upcoming tracks on there as well as lyrics. Been using this app for few years now. It’s starting to act up it won’t let me access my playlist or my liked instrumental beats. PLEASE HELP ! It’s telling my something is wrong every few seconds. Ite not loading up on any of my personal stuff but it works when I look up someone name and it doesn’t let me go to the home page anymore as well.
