Not working right with my iPhone X max The app was one of my many favorites Got a new phone and nothing .

I like BeatMaker 2, for some reason on my new iPhone it’s not working properly. I have a iPhone 6 s. I replaced it with the same phone now the app and plugins don’t work. It’s strange how two identical phones. Can have a app behave completely different. Maybe I need an I pad. Is anyone one else having this problem
Where’s the sounds I’ve paid for go?
Confused & bummed out
Hey. Really love this product and invested in everything you’ve made from beatmaker 2 & up. The problem is that the music projects I’ve done have all been basically deleted because I no longer have access to the extra sounds, beats synths. So what happens to all who has this issue?

I am angry that all the stuff I purchased from the sound store that I bought is missing.. no biohazard nothing n I’m getting to some website that’s selling laptops n whatnot. I want the stuff I purchased back when I click on the sound store it’s blank I need to know what’s going on here. You guys robbed me. Anyone who wants to buy this app don’t because they will delete whatever you buy from them anyways
Can’t download purchased sound packs

I own all three BeatMaker versions and purchased almost all the sound packs for BeatMaker 2 and BeatMaker 3. I only own an iPhone right now and BeatMaker 3 isn’t available for iPhone. BeatMaker 2 doesn’t have any of my previously purchased sound packs available for download anymore. The store just isn’t there. I’d love a solution or a refund.

Why don’t they give us a discount everytime they make a new beatmaker -.? Since paying totally for the 1st and second one-? Why hasn’t the 1st beatmaker been upgraded enough to where it can be downloaded to iPad -. ..? Even flstudio...everytime their download gets improved upon...they keeep the customer in mind and free down load again and it costed more than beatmaker...still...gotta love beatmaker......?

Hi, I recently downloaded this app and I did not know that when I downloaded it, it would automatically take from my bank account. I really would like to know how I can get a refund, I have never used the app.

Are refunds available?i couldn’t post this without rating this app. I only put 1 star because I wanted to see if refunds are available? If not please do not respond I don’t want you to waste my time on that either.

It is good enough now but I cannot understand why Intua have not develop Beatmaker3 for iPhone. Many iPhone users still wait beatmaker3 instead 2, include me.
