Could you fix this glitch for me or maybe everybody else? I’m playing on an iPad Pro and every time I try to open up the map when I reach level 3, the game crashes and I need to get back to level 3 again.

I have logged in through my Facebook account and it says the reconnect button, I click on it and nothing happens. Can't play with other people at all.
