I've tried most of the beat box / music mixing apps on the app store, and this one definetely is the best out there... It let's you record your own beats, and has some great-sounding built-in beats if you're too lazy to record your own.
Dont buy!

This app doesnt even work, to my knowledge. No instructions, and no way of choosing sounds other than the ones on the pre made beats. Thanks again for another paid app that doesnt work!

would be an amazing app but it doesnt save my songs and sometimes it closes out by itself. i dont know if it is just my phone or what. can this be fixed in an update? please

This app works great on my iPhone 3G. The layout is pretty intuitive and it is very easy to use. A lot of my friends are planning on getting it!

Maybe it's cause i'm not using it as much as everybody it, but I"m not having any problems. Although it is a pain for me, since I have an iPod Touch, and I need to use an external mic to record my own beats. To the guy before me, the preloaded beats are in the "Open Beat" section, dawg. Hopefully people will find this review helpful.
