It's a fun and easy game for toddlers to play. My 3 year old likes it. It's also a good offline game too.

I'm an adult but this was my first phone game. I found it strangely amusing. The aesthetics are soothing to me. I like the simplicity. I hate a lot of the aesthetics of other games I've seen.
