‘No connection’

Default response seems to be ‘no connection’ when trying to log in. Judging from other reviews, this has been as ongoing issue for months, for which the app creator has taken no action. This company only has two active apps, and both have a one star rating

Just like everyone else has said every time I hit log in it says no connection!! With all the reviews saying the same thing you would think they would fix it!!!

Poor app and poor app maintenance. Can log in and collect my points if I go straight from my browser but just downloaded the app and says NO CONNECTION! Tried on my LTE as well as my home WiFi

Keeps saying no connection Also can’t login ?Now I tried logging in and it won’t let me. If this is not fixed soon I’ll delete the app totally ???
