The alarm doesn't work when iPad is asleep

Not sure why, but I tried multiple times with the alarms on and volume up but when my iPad is asleep the alarm doesn't sound... Just when I have the app open but that wastes my battery so please fix that for the iPad and it would be a five stars no doubt

I was dubious that what is basically a glorified timer would help me get my work done. But it helps me a lot. This one is free, and provides exactly what I need. Can't argue with that.

I've been using this app for a little over a week now and I really like it. I do wish, however, that there were some way to give myself a daily goal for individual tasks instead of just a general number of sessions. Otherwise, I think it's perfect.
