This bank charges crazy fees. In the process of moving and I accidentally packed my card in a box. So we opted to use my sons card, and I would transfer money. He has the youth account. They charge a few $3.00 fees a few $6.00 fees, the largest $10.76 fee for a cash withdrawal to pay movers. It’s beyond ridiculous to have an account that after making 6 transactions that you will be charge excessive with drawl fees. There is no physical bank close to me. As a courtesy they waive the fees, but until I get the new card I have no access to my funds. Do not bank with this bank!!!!

Every single time I open this app it always makes me read and put in my password even though I do have save password and face ID unlock but they both don’t work

This app is good but isn’t consistently good. It does take a while to load a lags a bit but once it’s working it’s good.

Great people to work with, no scams, no lies, straight forward service without the shady fees like the other big banks. Get paid up to 2 days early with direct deposit and you have peace of mind knowing your money is in good hands. Great job BCU ?
