Unsure

Madson28

Im not sure exactly how accurate this is given it says 8hrs for brisket and im sure its usually closer to 12+hrs Seems to me most of them the temps and times are off Save the $2 use google because i had to go check it there...good thing im not a total noob at smoking

Ugly, too many ads

youcantpunchmagic

I should not have to see ads on an app I paid for. Plus the app itself looks really outdated.

Good for what it does

JimmyC7$$889

Has been helpful. Without being able to enter custom info such as cook temperature or weather. It does, however, give you a ballpark for planning purposes. That is a good thing.

Doesn’t help me.

This app only lets you pick from small size meat. Like pork butt you can pick from 6lbs to 8lbs. Last one I did was 12 lbs. same with brisket. Only goes up to like 11lbs. I usually smoke ones that are 15 to 20lbs. So not helpful.

No thanks

Stronghold96

I need my money back for this. I’ve had it for about 30 minutes and it’s not useful for me. Thank you.

Keep looking

Got this for the notes I could save, except after the app quits all your notes disappear. This app has wasted enough of my time, and I have no more time to waste writing a review. Plus I smoke bigger cuts of meat then the calculator can go. Useless

Not worth it

Best ever trust me

For $2 I expected more. Update needed. The app will not allow you to adjust the temperature or weight of the food. Also no fish?

Disappointed

Nybill66

Paid $1.99 for this app, it gives some tips on smoking but thought it might include some sauce and rub recipes as well as times for smoking fish but no it’s just a meat timer.

Mostly useless

Trolfm

This app looks slick, but all it provides is general smoking times for different types of meat. Everything it offers is easily found on Google. For a free app this would be great. Definitely not great for a paid app. Also, immediately upon opening the app it asked me if I wanted to switch to a confederate flag background. To me the confederate flag is a symbol of racism and hatred. I’m bummed I paid for this app, even if it was only $1.99.

No spatchcock option

Augustb68

I have a 19 pound turkey that was spatchcocked. The app did not accommodate a bird this large nor the spatchcocked cooking method.
