I love it but a problem some one plz help and try to find an answer

So I haven't played with my BB-8 in a while so I was like hey ima check BB-8 so I try to connect and it says cannot find droid same with my BB-8 watch so I don't know plz try to help me plz is it my phone or what it's a 5 plus so idk

I really love this BB-8 and my family does too, but we have had a few problems with connecting and loading as well as getting BB-8 to go In the right direction. Over all, it is a great and fun product and the app works fine almost all the time.

My sister got this for me for Christmas and I. LOVE. IT!! Its amazing!! Totally worth every penny, and so far the app has no bugs. The only thing is it can drain your battery, so if you’re out you might want to bring a portable. But it’s soooo worth it

The BB-8 used to be the best thing ever but then one day I came home and it didn’t connect to my iPod please help I and my hole family loves Star Wars I have seen every single movie

I loved this app since I tried it & it worked great and even BB-8 worked perfectly good. But when my mom got me BB-9E for me, I tried to connect it to the app for only BB-8 to see if it works with BB-8 as well. And when i tested it, the holographic message mode did not work at all. But it does with BB-8 connected to the app. But BB-9E worked for drive mode, patrol mode, watch with me mode, and draw and drive mode. I really love it Sphero. But there is one problem that I had. The app only does the BB-8 sounds. But not for when I did the test for BB-9E. The BB-9E sounds did not even play when I had the app open. So Sphero, I would be happy if BB-9E had his sounds in the app if he was connected. Please Sphero. I would really be happy if it happened. PLEASE! And I love the app. Thanks, the STAR WARS DROID LOVER

Bb8 is one of my favorite toys to trick my friends but you should add a camera to the next bb8 if you do I am sure I will get it :)
