New Update Doesn't Load

The last update on 3/14/16 continued to crash constantly when trying to open it. Now it opens but never loads. I can't do anything, it has remained useless - Please fix it!

The interface isn't any better than using the website on your mobile. There is no interface to view candidate profiles and updating your own is a slow process. The import cv function is not great. Searching is easy and quick and the results display well on the iPhone interface. Overall it serves the purpose but there are better interfaces for this content out there.
