This is the first time I've paid for a game that every single time i try running it, the stupid program crashes after the loading screen. I've never had a game do this to my iPad before

Anyone else tired of spending money on stuff that does not work? If you are DO NOT WASTE your money on this. Opened once and then crashes non stop. The only reason it received one star is so I could post this.
A Real Gem of a War Game and a Tower Defense Game

I love war games and I love tower defense games. I love them when they are done right. Well this one blends both together very well, albeit the war game portion is actually just the theme of the towers. You have soldiers and guns instead of “towers” and ... well whatever you can upgrade based on the theme. One feature I really like in a TD game is being about to build while paused and this one has that too. Still ... Bottomline ... Worth the price of admission. Robert9001

The production values here are very low. Compared to more polished games, it really can't compete. I found the "authentic units" bit to be a joke--as a WW2 history buff, they're not persuasive. Even for $1, I'd suggest skipping this and getting one of the more polished tower defense games. I don't feel I got what the publisher described.

This is a tower defence game with WW2 theme. There is a lot of tower defence games out there and this one just doesn't fare well when comparing with others. There are only 3 types of towers: infantry, artillery and tank with the latter two being identical (tank has better field of view but more expensive). Enemies are limited too: infantry, fast cars, trucks and tanks. There is no difference between the three factions and only 9 maps. Graphics and controls are mediocre at best. You can spend a couple of hours playing this and then erase it as there is no replay value. The game is very easy even on hard difficulty. I suggest you try Tower Madness HD instead; it has a lot more towers, enemies, maps, etc... It's a significantly better polished game with difficulty ranging from easy to nearly impossible so there is always some challenge.

There are better games like this. This is too hard on easy mode. Ruins it. 3 units. Bore. No stats. Unit placement is too limited. Dont listen to the raving 4-5 star reviews.
