D&d style board game good character classes and pvp system still a noob but only gripe is that characters cost 500+ gems and I have yet to receive any in game without cash purchases

This game was ok before but the developers have made it clear that getting your money is more important than providing a fair and enjoyable gaming experience. Chinese servers enjoy a three month advantage in updates which translates to them getting gems and special gear months before players on the English servers. If you can read Chinese then get that version. Otherwise forget about it. There are other games that are much cheaper to be competitive against other live players.
