Great game, robbed me of $20

I rarely play mobile games! This one really caught my attention! Gameplay is awesome, and for someone who doesn’t get time to play games as often, the grind is pleasant! However, all that said, I went to make a purchase on a pack of gems, one time offer $19.99 for 2700 gems! Game said it was processing purchase, then crashed! Apple charged me the $21.61, and I thought nothing of it, seeing as the game has crashed before with all of my progress intact when I open the app again! This time I opened the app, all my progress was saved, but I had no gems, and a receipt from Apple for $21.61! Still have not been contacted back by customer service! While I recommend playing the game, don’t spend money on it, who knows if I’ll ever hear back from them!

I was playing the game and progressing good and then made a purchase. After that, the game crashes every time I try to open the app. I’m sure that as soon as the game gets fixed and I’m able to play again, the purchase will be gone and my money taken. It’s just suspicious that everything worked fine until money was spent. Developers do this and then the user gets frustrated and deletes the app and their money is gone. Do that to a couple hundred or a couple thousand and they rack up the funds and nothing happens to them. All sorts of apps have ways to report other players of wrong doings but where do you report developers that cheat players out of money?
Terrible time-gates

Unfortunately this app has that terrible time-gate structure where you get chests from each level and they each take a various number of hours to open. This is a very lazy and frustrating way to time-gate progression, with the same 4 chest slots holding up both the story mode and the arena.. EDIT: It's actually even worse. There is a portal with different items you can earn each day. Unlike the main story/arena, the portal did not provide a warning that it only gives a chest and you can't earn one if you don't have an open slot. So it will take your very limited stamina away, but will not actually provide you with any awards. Deleting.
Change the main background...

For the Developers Either tell me how to change it myself or change the background to something other than snow. It’s May already... Finish making the Nightmare and Hell levels available and make them easier for god sake. “Power level 8500 recommended”?? That’s just ridiculous. Also the double events have been a great thing. Keep those goin.

Very fun game; the graphics are cute, the UI is nicely designed, the sound effects are great. The tutorial could do a bit better explaining hero evolution and whatnot, but that’s a minor nitpick. (The UI for that could be a little streamlined, too.) I just wish it didn’t crash all the time, especially in the middle of boss fights. It’s the only app open when I play to try to minimize the crashes, but that doesn’t seem to help.
Good game but crashes time and time again

The game is wonderful I love playing blackjack with a twist but the main and real issue with me while I’m either on a story quest or raid in the middle of the fight it freezes and crashes sometimes it automatically completes the story quest for me but when it comes down to raid fights I have a lost and plus I lose energy from the fight which is annoying

Game is fun when it doesn’t crash every 3 minutes!! Fix the game and I will continue to play it. Until then, don’t waste your time, it will just keep crashing on you.

Such a fun game to play if you’re a fan of the genre, but it Constantly crashes during battles.

This is a surprisingly fun and well thought out game. Free-mium MTX system, but still allows you to be rewarded with occasional freebies. Unique combat, with really interesting creatures/heroes. A refreshing game to say the least.
Interesting but lack of diversity
