I had played this game for four years, spent way too much money on gold and one day I logged on and they had totally muted me. It’s impossible to play if you are muted so I basically wasted a lot of time and money. I emailed 3-4 times to support and never received any help. So disappointing.

It’s a fun game although it does get boring sometimes it feels really good when you get your first 30 troops but when you get enough money you can buy thousands and I’m only level 13 but you can’t use them all unless you have enough commanders sooo.... that’s something to do

Too quick to Suspend Accounts

Too quick to ban/suspend accounts of long time players that did nothing but hit back players that were farming their accounts. These bans were done with no true investigation or warning. So, you could build your account for 3 or 4 years and have it taken away with no recourse. Oh, and don’t bother trying to reason with them either, they’ll either ignore you or silence you in game. Come on man!
