No tech support !!! Played game for almost a year and have spent money on it too. I have 1 problem and have sent 6 emails with no response. How can I expect to remain loyal to my favorite game if they don't take care of their customers. I have been patient with all the bugs and issues of game but to not get any response in a week for a problem is horrid.btw the chat system is the worst of any game I've played. I had to get my alliance members onto Facebook messenger to even play the game as a team. I hope they change my mind and help withy problem but my hope is about gone for this game. At this point I will not recommend anyone waste their time or money on it if they can't help.

So, with this new update it keeps crashing....as soon as I open the game. It will not let me on it..... Please fix!

The app crashes all the time it takes me atleast 50 times opening and closing before it finally stays open without crashing
