Nothing but ads, and stole the name of another app with good reviews. Should be kicked out of the API attire IMO.

This garbage doesn’t even work it just crashes and doesn’t even give the information needed. It’s only popping up ads and crashing

I downloaded about ten of these to test. I knew I would upgrade to the pro version of whichever I liked best but wanted to see if it would fit our needs. We sell predictive iPad systems and I find a good amount of issues in older iPads so I loaded this tool to diagnose what the issue actually is. It worked for that purpose so I upgraded because the developer deserves to be paid and also wanted to get rid of the ads. There were three that I liked almost equally, this one had the user interface I wanted for customers. I am going to find a battery app I can add to our package because it can be a huge help with troubleshooting. I got to test all of the features in the free version without a video popping up right away but it did pop up when I switched to spec mode and auto-played, deal breaker for me. Designing apps is not easy and I respect it more than most. I’m not sure why this app has a mediocre rating as it was in my top three. It has a good easy to use interface and works as it should plus more. 4 stars!!? I did find two others that I liked as well but still paid for it.

I used to use this app at times, and it gave good information. Upon downloading this update, I constantly get a full screen ad that is very very loud and takes an unacceptable time to silence. Worse, it repeats itself multiple times and does not remember that it has been silenced. If the app were to come up in an office environment or in the middle of a meeting it would be highly embarrassing. I’m going to have to delete this app

It’s not that this app is unpleasant. Just an unpleasant experience! The app is saying I owe $3.00 and some change for the “Pro-Version”. I deleted the app. I do not remember ever requesting to buy anything from the app. I am guessing my 6 year old must’ve bought the special version without my permission. Tried to delete the app altogether and still requesting payment. Now none of my apps can update! Help?!?!
