There is no one to talk to about not seeing your season tickets and in addition you can not find what you bought or your history in the app. So keep your email!! It does work if you want to buy more something else, smh!

Needs a map of seating

I like the option of purchasing through this app, but wish there was a way to see where the seats are on a map. This app needs a seating map of each performance. Thanks.

No seating chart?

There are really just a few important things you like to know when thinking about visiting Bass. What shows are coming? When? Ticket prices? Location of seats the the hall? So 1-star is the best I can rate this app until they can provide a seating chart.

Very disappointing

The app is very buggy. Difficult time retrieving my tickets and the app would not download the parking pass I purchased with my tickets. Does not support Apple Wallet as advertised.
