I don’t really know about this game. Sometimes I like it but mostly it frustrates the s$&T out of me. So many times in the middle of a game when I’m winning or about to win the game shut down. And I lose the money that I’ve invested in the match. The game has many glitches where it slows down at times when it shouldn’t. It’s just not smooth enough in the movements..I.e. the players ball handling and shooting motions are jerky and smooth. And it really seems like the game cheats me because really low ranked players are able to put up unbelievable scores when playing me when I Up the dollar amount that I’m betting. I am definitely accusing you guys of cheating and weighing the game in your favor in some regard. I would not doubt that you create an algorithm in order to draw people into that they spend more money on this game that’s what you companies are designed for so that people can become addicted to these games so you can make more money off of them. It’s really shady. I really like this game and I wish that you would improve functionality and at least give the people who spend money on the game A fair shot at beating the game.

Let me say I love this game but I hate it when I am winning the other player losing disconnects and I get the lost and that’s not fair I’m not the one that disconnects, a update needs to happen if an player disconnects they will be awarded with a lost not the player who is winning.

Game is fun after all these years it's lacking good upgrades. Worst part is there customer service DO NOT SPEND CASH for any features. They don't care about glitches and toss the reason on you. No accountably do they take. So sad Loyal player and not even a hey will look into it.

Fun game. My only complaint is how you can be in the middle of a game and all of of sudden it backs out and attempts to connect to Facebook. I’ve lost more games and the money I have accumulated than I care to remember because of that. Please address this.

The game is good until the poor software kicks in, and makes the app restart. While your in the middle of a game. No matter how good the WiFi, or data connection. The game will restart on you mid progress and you will lose anything you had up for bets. Due to bad software
Fun game, but very buggy

It’s very frustrating when you’re playing a match and you get disconnected. This happens FAR too often, for instance, twice in a row just now while I was playing a $50,000 shooting race match I was winning. I’ve probably lost $1,000,000 on bugs so far. Considering I only have around that much built up right now, and it’s worth about $100 real dollars, it’s beyond unacceptable. Also I’ve had shots blocked on attacker/defender after the ball is in the hoop. That’s probably a lag issue, but the dc’s are terrible

Honestly whenever I play this game it angers me whenever the opponent gets like 6 lucky balls whenever I have a comfortable lead just so they can bounce right back and i would appreciate it if you could remove lucky balls from the game Thanks!
