So happy so bark-y

TRexriley

Really neat app to stay connected with other dog lovers in the area, informed about cool events and find a playmate for your pup at any time. It's about time somebody acknowledged and supported the love Austin has for dogs and helped bring all the pups together. The charity events are just icing on top of an already cool app.

LOVE IT!!!

Kookie4attie

We were new to Austin and BarkHappy helped make our transition so much easier! We made 2 & 4 legged friends, found a great dog park, and all the dog friendly places we could discover together...Thanks BarkHappy!

User and dog friendly app

Kendall2626

I really enjoy how user friendly the app is! You can easily view other dogs/owners close to you and make friends through the app! Great way to socialize with other dog lovers!

Great for connecting to other dog lovers!

Prophical

This is such a great app to get my furbaby connected to other dogs! But I wish that I could search for dogs and events more than 30 miles away! So please let us change the setting to view options that are further than 30 miles!

Love seeing so many dogs nearby!

Yelp for dogs this is awesome !! Been going to the events in Austin and love them

Decent, But Public Event $10 Fee Is Ridiculous

SkyFreeT

First off that public event might cost the host money anyhow, for them to be charged $10 just for some visibility is ridiculous. Secondly, this app isn’t extremely popular in my area—why would I pay $10 for an event I don’t even know people will show up for. Thirdly, I can advertise an event on Facebook and dog groups for free. Why would I pay you $10 to make a public event through your app!? I understand making money off an app. But I suggest doing it a different way, or at least waiting til the app is a bit more popular so a community can be built and the host’s fee might be worth it, but even then not charging $10. Otherwise, yeah, the app is decent. My only other complaint is there aren’t many users in my area, which the app makers have little control over. In the event the $10 fee is taken off I’ll be referring friends and family to the app.

UI work needed

CourT from Boston

The UI needs some work on this app, it’s looking pretty awful on my iPhone X.

Nearby events needs wider area

I downloaded this app today to access and buy tickets for an event @40 miles away. However, there is no way to change the 30 mile default. Given that I live further than that from most dog events, I don’t know how useful it will be.
