What is this and what have you done with my scanner?

Update: 1/28/17 -- Somewhere along the upgrades this app's got lost. If you find them, the developer might fixit. OLD Review Title "Lightening fast and fluent in many types" Fastest and most versatile scanner I've found. It's meant to be only a demo for developers considering integrating their scan technology so it lacks a lot of bells & whistles like list compilation, etc. But, if you have a barcode you can't read, try this one out.

This app has a whole bunch of different scanning options, the most I've seen. Needed to scan some pretty uncommon barcodes and this worded perfectly. Thanks.

This app is designed to showcase the developer's SDK for integration into other apps, but it's an incredibly useful tool. It scans just about any code you give it, and the no-frills interface is wonderful for people who just want the raw data out of the codes. On top of that, it does a wonderful job of scanning and reading codes where other apps are almost impossible to use. It's also one of the few apps available that does more than UPC, Code 39, and Code 128… it has no problem reading PDF417 and mini PDF codes, QR, and DataMatrix codes.

This little app is quick and easy and does exactly what is needed to quickly view the contents of (in my case) PDF417 barcodes.

By far the best for the price! Free and gives you all the functionality you are looking for, reading, scanning, linking. I have at least 6 other people downloading it. It makes Pkg design so much easier when I know it can read. :)

After trying out other apps, this is my go to for bar, QR, or other types of code scanning. It does a great of adjusting the camera, has a single or continuous mode, and records a history of your scans. Also, it works with no app failures that I can recall.
