RIPOFF!! Cannot restore in app purchases

I had to back up and restore my daughters iPad. When selecting the Restore Purchases button nothing happens. Cannot even purchase new style packs because it says I already have them, yet the items remain locked. No options for contacting any customer support from the app. 11/2015-still no ability to restore past purchases. This app is a ripoff!
Buggy and won't restore purchases

Crashes a lot. Purchased in app collection and had to reinstall the app. Lost the purchases. Had to call Mattel to get a walk through to reinstall but the button to click on won't work. Have tried multiple things. Very disappointed and will be calling back to Mattel for further service.

This app is very fun, but it has some kinks that I think could be managed very easily. For example, the way to change the color of the clothing item, is very difficult for 6-8 year olds. And also when you change the color, the color comes out unrealistic, and I'm guessing you don't want your clothes to look unrealistic. But overall, this is a very good app for young children.

This app is stupid. Don't get it. It takes too long to load and won't let you get on. It has too much adds and if you want this for your children, get a better game:-)
