Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana

The Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh is an Autonomous body established and Constituted in the Year 1961 under the provisions of Advocates Act 1961 passed by parliament Which provide for establishment of State Bar Council in each State under Section 3 thereof with a maximum number of 25 elected members. The Advocate General of the both State Punjab & Haryana are Ex-officio members of the Bar Council.
