I’ve a tendency to compare it with some foreign bank app and I have to say that it’s not there just yet, it’s just usable at best. I find that the post app is way better, the Face ID for instance isn’t working reliably on Banxy app whereas it’s working remarkably well on the post app. Work in progress.

First of all , I thought that this app is more like the other Algerian bank app in ALGERIA , I was wrong , you can open your banking account in just few clicks , thank you .

Oct-2019: Updating my review: the initial bugs of the app were never resolved (crash of the up after one session opening and close - usually requires iPhone restart to work again). No major upgrades over one year. - The app rated alone is good but can be improved : especially that but that makes it crash if you try to reopen it a second time in a day with your iPhone (we’re many who experienced that). Take that apart and rate the overall service bank + app + hotline and you get an excellent experience ! I was with probably the worst banks in Algeria « HSBC » - yes, the are the most primitive of all - with now only one office cross country: I have to drive almost 1.5hrs round trip from my office to get a statement or order my card... not even an online access, no hotline and no sms service! No nothing. With Banxy: yes, everything ! From real time data update, to free card on all ATM, easy p2p transfer, online statements, and more! It took me less than 10sec to open a Euro account !! Well that is performance banking!

I want to give an honest review so I will begin with the good things and finish up with bad things. - opening the account: very easy great support and fast delivery I wouldn’t want it in any other way .bravo guys . - app operations : app easy to use great phone support and overall good service. I couldn’t confirm my card on PayPal because there is no operation code on my card statement. Just some irrelevant operation code I can’t know what was the operation for nothing to differentiate between PayPal operation or eBay or Amazon or Netflix it just says online payment. Same thing on local currency account not enough info on my operations . I wish that there was two separate Euros accounts with one being for the card so I won’t be afraid to lose all my money if I lost my card . I know there is the ability to block the card instantly, but would have been much better to have an extra layer of security.
