Worst bank EVER!!! Can’t even access bank account even after an update. Withdraw all monies in all accounts. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Not enough options compared to other banks. Mortgages can not be viewed in the app or online. No option for reoccurring transfers.
I have only selected one star because it won't let me select 0. I LOVED touch banking and have not had banking on my phone since the day this was forced upon me. It will not work on my iPhone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times--still won't work. Went to developer website that is listed on App Store. It shows Bank of the James. I call them. They tell me to call Apple. I call Apple they say pay $30 for support. I go to app help which takes me to "fiserv" which has absolutely no contact info. If you have an iPhone this app is WORTHLESS and everyone involved will not help you. I miss phone banking and will be considering changing banks
App doesn't even work so now I can't check my bank funds. Switched over from the old app expecting cool new stuff and I was let down .. They had one job.
If your app isn't working (closing as soon as you try to open) try this workaround: The user work-around for this bug is to change a setting on the phone per the following steps: Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Increase Contrast -> Darken Colors -> (Disable)
App doesn't work and no help from the bank. They do not know either. This app worked great for a period of time then stopped working. Very disappointed.
