The MobileTAN system is a complete mess on this app. The app thinks my phone isn’t my phone so I have to go to a bank branch to fix this. Very poorly designed.

Very confusing to work with. I recommend that Bank of Austria take a look at the app of Fineco Bank to see how to build a good banking app.
Impossible to update the app

I couldn’t update my app on the phone! I don’t know if it’s because my iCloud account is in USA but if that is the reason I believe it is very silly to block the app for international devices when there are a lot of international clients using your bank
