Not a tuner, a banjo sample player. And not a good one. Thanks. About to play a gig and lost my ***pitch whistle*** and its not even as good ad that. Thanks to whoever wrote this. You managed to take 21st century technology and make it worse than (arguably) 18Th century reed whistle tuners. You should be ashamed.

It's handy on iPod; it's sampled, which helps to ear train with other instruments.

There are better choices in the free market. This only plays the string once when you press it. Not really all that useful.

Not bad, but not all that good either. It works fine, and you can use it to tune, but it's a bit annoying to use. I wouldn't rely on it. I will say its better than my old tuner, but that thing was awful.
