I was directed to app via a comic’s tour schedule site. I hit the link on that site. Then thought my next click was to learn the price. It downloaded in 2 seconds. The pop up message informed me I had been charged but did not give the amount. Another BS issue to deal with. I’m a chump.

When purchasing tickets it gives you the option of filtering vip, general admission etc. however it’s completely wrong. I spent 122$ on the wrong ticket!! I used the filter for a vip meet and greet and it showed me to the standard GA. Think I’ll be getting my money back? Of course not. Stay away! Just use Ticketmaster

I was searching for some tickets for a band called greer on seatgeek and they were 2x as they were announced in this app!! Can’t believe i saved that moolah!

i get notifications when bands and artist are going but the app glitches and when you try to confirm or go to see the artist page the app always say error it’s frustrating and the app frankly is just bad over all

Make sure to double check the Artists when buying tickets!

I received 2 alerts and an email stating that Banks was playing at a concert venue in San Francisco. I clicked the link and saw the picture of Banks and the venue name and date as stated in the email. I purchased tickets and then got a receipt and tickets sent to me for BLanks. Completely different person, not even close. The venue has a no refund policy and when I wrote to Bands in Town they directed me to their terms of service which basically says, too bad, we are not liable. So basically now I bought tickets to some random guy by following the links from bands in town and now I’m SOL. Not sure how an algorithm screws up by a full letter and no one at the company is running checks to match the actual events. Really expensive mistake for me using their platform.
