Load your BandHelper account with your songs, set lists, lyrics, chord charts, reference recordings, videos, notes, events and contact info and they appear on all of your bandmates' mobile devices automatically. If inspiration strikes during a rehearsal, make a quick recording in the app and that will be synced, too. YOUR COMMAND CENTER ON STAGE
The BandHelper app evolved from the popular Set List Maker app and shares the same on-stage functionality. Auto-scroll lyrics, play backing tracks and click tracks through separate audio ports or inter-app audio, and configure MIDI-compatible sound and lighting equipment as you move from song to song. You can control BandHelper with MIDI or Bluetooth footswitches, and link together multiple devices for screen sharing or remote control on stage.
TIME-SAVING FEATURES FOR BAND LEADERS
Scheduling gigs is a snap with BandHelper's automated email messages to ask your bandmates' availability, send updates if the details of a gig change, and send reminders before the gig. You can build and send stage plots with a drag-and-drop interface. And splitting the money after a gig is easy with BandHelper's features to track income (performance fees, merch sales, tips) and expenses (gas, food, rentals) and calculate each band member's share of the profit.
MOBILE, WEB AND WATCH INTERFACES
Besides its native mobile apps, BandHelper includes a web interface for efficient data entry, and an Apple Watch app for quick access on the go. You can enter your band's data from any device connected to your account, and BandHelper will sync it to all the others automatically.

Good app to help organize your band

Overall this app has been an asset to our band. We use the calendar all the time to streamline communication among band members. The set list function has been very handy to keep track of song tunings and other details. The app is being improved on all the time, so I'm sure it will get better and better.

Really like this one. Have to get used to learning it, which didn't take long. It syncs between my computer and the Iphone, Ipad apps which makes it simple to use. Good customer service as well answereing any quesiotns that may arise.

We really like all of the features in BandHelper, using it now for 6 weeks or so. We were able to consolidate many things into this one app - lyrics sheets, set lists, schedules, recordings/backing tracks, and everyone's individual cheat sheets. Looking to take advantage of automated Midi control next! Highly recommend it!

As a solo performer using tracks, charts, midi, this program does the heavy lifting for me, leaving me free to communicate. The developer is extremely open to feedback for improvements as well as taking care to ensure I know how to take advantage of all this app 'ecosystem' has to offer. Best in class, easily worth the asking price.

This app has so many features that are beneficial to me as a bandleader, it would be hard to list them all. Check out the website and app. Take a little time to enter in a couple of tunes and then test out the auto-scroll feature on your mobile device. This is more than an app. It's a full blown solution.

After downloading it goes to enter account info, ask for my user name and password of which I have none for the new account and it won't let me in. A waste of my time!
