Love the game, but needs to be upgraded/patched

Crack-o-licious

Love this game from way back. Played BG1EE to be able to port over a character, which worked fine. BG1EE is great. But the difficulty slider on BG2EE doesn't work, and you are perpetually stuck at "normal", which isn't all that normal (max hp per level, enemies do 75% of normal damage). Don't want to bother playing an easy version of the game. Fix and I'll increase my rating! So they patched the game, but STILL the difficulty slider does not work. It appears to work, but no matter what setting it says, leveling up always grants max hit points. SERIOUSLY!?! You guys can't fix this? Why?!?

New update is awesome!!!

SunRa00

First time as shaman, and it looks like it's going to be a ton of fun! The first few hours were a blast! Great QoL fixes like ammo stacks in containers 10/10 update, I couldn't be happier. But the biggest part of the update that I had no idea was coming, the one thing that blew my mind and completely caught me off guard... the ability to customize my characters color sets to any of them including the unique ones. Seriously, this was the most personally requested feature and I can't believe it happened! Thanks!!

The best RPG experience without Pen & Paper

PawnMower

The new update is awesome. Great graphical improvements. Large amounts of side quests and great dungeons. One of the best RPGs ever. I'm a Dungeon Master for D&D 5th edition, and I have to say this is as close as you can get to the pen & paper experience (which is always the best). Get it if you have an iPad and want to know what D&D is like.

iOS compatibility

FromLeftField

UPDATE: Now is 64 bit game! Great game but would not buy going forward as this app is marked as not being compatible with future iOS version coming out in fall of 2017

Awesome

Latest update shrinks down App

Gheazey

Not sure why, but this game is suddenly taking up about 5 inches of screen real estate on my 13” iPad Pro. Same with Icewind Dale. Please fix. This app was too expensive and too recent to be sunset.

Superb

This is an excellent update which not only polishes up the previous version, but updates the entire BG II experience. I love that I can instantly see whether an armor or weapon improves my character’s stats, for example. Easily one of the greatest role playing games of all time, and this port is superb. Thank you!

Updated!

"This app may slow down your device. Please contact the developer to update the app." Update #3: They finally updated the App (and I updated my rating back to where it belongs for this gem, 5 stars)! Thank you, Overhaul Games, for making this game better than what I remembered from the good old days of the PC! Stellar Job! (BTW, where is the BG: EE update???????) Update #2: Still nothing, yet I added one more star to my rating because, according to the website (as of the 5th of July 2017), an update is "on the way" for BG:EE and BGII: EE (they added in ID:EE as an afterthought, so hopefully there as well), but no ETA. I'll update my rating IF this app gets updated. This game, with the first and Icewind Dale, are a HUGE disappointment. I paid $10 for all of them so that I can play on my huge screen (Plus sized), only to see this on the description. I've left reviews on all three games with 1 star, and it will remain until the devs update their apps! Oh, they released a new game, also $10, but I'm not spending a dime on it because it won't even be worth it. They will never update it anyway. Totally disrespectful to people who pay money to play a game that isn't even updated to work on any device made on or after 2015. DO NOT BUY THEIR NEWEST APP! They will never update it anyway.
