This app used to give you product information when you scanned a product. Now it just forwards you to Google Shopping, where you have to manually type in the product name. If the scanning function does nothing, why do I need this useless middle step?

No matter what bar code I try to scan, this app takes me to a blank Google page. I even deleted the app from my iphone & re-installed... still sent straight to Google. Utterly. Useless.

Namebrand items don’t come up at all it comes up with Google homepage this is a scam

I just use this to load links from QR codes and it works fast, stores link history, and has a flash always on option. Click the link and it loads the page. I also haven't really seen any ads other than the 'buy pro now' link on the history page. Pro also doesn't seem to have any benefit other than to support the developers. A lot of the poor reviews are from people looking to scan store items and bring up a price comparison for items online. This app is really not sophisticated enough for that. It works great as a simple QR link reader !

It scans the barcode and sends you to google with no results. Tried scanning multiple products. Totally useless app.
