Can't find things I win easily. Wayyy toooo many ads in Spanish and now French. My language is English!!!!!!!!!!!!

The games are fun but there is no customer support. My daughter lost her game. She contacted customer support as they had to restore the game. No response. I contacted customer support. There are two ticket numbers with no response. It has been a month now.

In my opinion this game is not appropriate for the age rating. This game has a social media component as each player has their own "wall" which they use as a sort of chat room. Complete strangers can chat with your child and in our case there was an exchange of email addresses in which the individual sent request to my daughter for nude pictures along with very graphic sexual language. This app rating is for 4+ but the terms of service states that the child has to be 13 and up. The conversations that go on on these walls are dirty nasty talk and you may not want your child exposed to this! Shame on Storm 8 studios for producing this haven for pedophiles and child predators!

Love this game. Tried Bakery Story 2 but didn't like it. This one is much more fun. The ads are annoying though

We should be able to decide where to place the food. I have my bakery sectioned off with different counters and different food groups. I have to go through a lot of trouble to keep food organized. This is what made me delete the game before. Also, there needs to be another way to earn parts that isn't so expensive. I had over 40 neighbors and only 2 were actively playing so I had to start over with new neighbors. A paid version of the game should be available to get rid of the pop up ads, it's kinda annoying to imagine after spending so much real money on gems, that I still have to deal with that. The goals that force you to buy specific decorations for your store need to be changed. Maybe we can decide which floor tile or chairs or wall paper to buy? Or maybe give just food prep goals instead? The majority of the things in my bakery are gems and I didn't spend real money to have to store them to make room to purchase items that I don't like and DO NOT match my decor. Change these things and I will rate it 5 stars.
