I failed so many quests, I keep on finishing them and it keeps crashing and kicks me out. Something wrong with the game, probably the bugs doing it. I probably need an update for that app to fix it and I can straight things up.

Ticket Closed after 30 seconds?

I returned to my game this morning and had approximately 30,000 coins. The popup read that I had earned approximately 58,000 coins while I was away and that I could watch an ad to double my coins. I watched the ad and I received the 58,000, but not the double that was promised. I sent a ticket to their support team and literally 28 seconds after I submit his ticket, they sent me a message that my ticket had been closed bc they "are unable to locate lost currency". To not even look into it or to try to make it right doesn't sit right with me. I'm good off this game.

So I got this a few years back and I absolutely loved it but I got a new phone and i didn’t get it again. But I finally got it again a few weeks ago and I am getting on it constantly. So today I woke up at 2 in the morning and I just fixed a couple things then I went to bed and I just woke up and somebody put the food on the tables and ordered new foods.I am really confused. They didn’t buy anything but someone is on my account and it’s nobody on my family.

I really like this game and all. I think it’s probably one of my most favorite. Just play it and you’ll see! Could use improvements though. Too many ads pop up when you open the app. Explanations are waaaaaaaay too overpriced it’s ridiculous. However I really really dislike the fact that you changed the order of the recipes for the White Oven and the Drink Mixer. I got use to the recipes being in a specific order and it’s too confusing and different. I’m sure most other longtime players would agree that this needs to be fixed. Please fix it!

1. make goals easier-less expensive and time consuming (or allow longer time for completion if has an excessive amount of things to complete). give better/more rewards especially for difficult missions 2. allow flooring and wallpaper to be sold. most are bought only to complete goals and are not useful otherwise, cluttering inventory and taking up more of huge memory game uses 3. add new things more often 4. add option to gain coins as well as gems by watching more than current ten ads per day 5. let old goal items be unlocked for everyone eventually

While I like the game itself as well as the graphics and lovely neighbors and friends I've made, it is clearly the epitome of UNfairness and Huge disadvantage that most of my neighbors have the gem dispensers that provide the gems needed to by items that cannot be obtained with coin. This merchandising tactic to pressure players to purchase gems with real dollars who don't already have dispensers is amoral, wrong and certainly not respected by me.

Love the challenge that brings back old ovens with new item to bake .. but not good we buy more ovens to finish’s & now challenge is over you take away the the new items only one item to bake one the new stoves I bought.. that’s sad no more candy canes

Love the game just really aggravating when you turn it on an all these pop ups for other games messes me up some times but i think when we tap no thanks it should not try an keep forcing the game pop ups. But love the game been playing it years
