The game is fun but after a few yrs it gets pretty boring. I log on maybe once week to check on stuff otherwise there’s nothing new. I would recommend adding a “search” button/engine when you gift items so it’ll be easier and simpler to find the loads if items that are available for gifting.

Upset with challenges

I used to really enjoy Bakery Story but they have made it not so fun now. They have these 15 day challenges that used to be fun to complete, but now not so much. You have to do baking challenges but now the totals numbers of the items you have to bake are so high you can’t complete the challenges unless you buy extra ovens or do other things that you never used to have to do. All my neighbors are upset as well. Way to take the fun out of the game for no reason ????

Awesome game that I played as a kid, but a lot of times my food disappears after like 45 seconds. Please fix!!!

I never write reviews but my account was permanently banned when I contacted customer support. I complained that I was watching ads to receive x2 coins and was never receiving them. I explained that this is fraud, and highly illegal as they are cheating players like us to receive money off of watching useless ads. They responded back a couple days later asking for a screen recording but unfortunately there is no way I could have documented that in the past. Just to give them what they want I attached a video (which unfortunately did give me the x2 coins). Moments later I got an email back from them issuing a permanent ban on my account. Somewhere along the lines it said I was “harassing, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, and hateful”. Overall they threw a bunch of violations at me which made no sense because they still did not acknowledge the situation at hand and banned me so I can’t prove them anymore. If this is happening to you as well, make sure you speak up. Game makers like this should be sued. Instead of providing support and care like any other customer care team, they refuse to acknowledge fault and will BAN you if you speak out.
Makes me sad how bad this game has gotten :(

Used to be a fun, stress-free, cute little game. But over the last couple years, the number of bugs has increased, number of ads has increased, and now they’ve made the challenges almost (completely?) impossible to finish in the allotted time, I’m assuming in an attempt to get players to spend money to buy gems. So disappointing that they’ve placed profit over any user enjoyability or ease. @storm, if you’re reading this, please allow more time for the challenges or decrease the quantity of goods that need to be made.

The goals have become absolutely ridiculous and expensive. There is no way you can complete them in the time frame given unless you spend actual money on the game. The desserts that come with the goal stoves have no imagination and look just like too many others. If you participate in the goals, it becomes more difficult to expand and run your own bakery. However, if you do not participate in the goals, you miss out on ovens and bakes. This game used to be so much fun.

Only download this app if you enjoy being forced to watch ad after ad after ad without being able to exit them or choose when to watch them without any reward for being forced to endure them! Run from this game!

I like playing this game sometimes. I don’t like that you need more neighbors to expand your space. What if I don’t have anyone who wants to download it and play. Now I’m stuck with a very small space. There should be a way to expand your bakery without the need of friends or family to be your neighbors.
